To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 來自於日本嘅拉麵店🍜，位於東涌outlet👍🏻特製濃厚雞白湯拉麵🐓 ($92)有半熟蛋🥚有不少片雞肉，仲有燒過嘅和慢煮兩款👍🏻✨而且雞肉嫩滑💯拉麵可以選擇硬/普通/軟，我自己揀咗硬，口感不錯🤩特製辣肉味增拉麵🐖 ($98)辣味好香濃😋 叉燒都好多👍🏻肉質鮮嫩，唔會有過多脂肪🤩整體而言，拉麵的味道唔錯😋
