To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從試過周日去中上環揾食無需爭位後,上星期又去左中上環,今次唔食壽司,改食拉麵。正午12點去到,無須等位。一碗好食的拉麵有三個條件,第一,湯要夠熱但又入到口,第二,湯味要夠濃,第三,麵質要剛剛好,呢間拉麵全部中哂。佢個湯真係好好味,我最後係全部飲哂。叉燒上面紅色的係辣椒,怕辣的可以自己拿走至於叉燒,我自己比較喜歡偏瘦,不過佢提供嘅叉燒應該啱大部分人口味。我哋仲叫左個小食芝士魚肉條,雖然唔係太大驚喜,但都唔錯。飲哂啲湯就會見到碗底有隻熊仔。
