瘦肉比例較多,好少肥膏。
可惜,叉燒做得唔算出色。
肉質偏韌同乾,唔係一咬就斷果種質地;
叉燒唔夠入味;
切成薄片,食完冇咩滿足感。
有待改善。



-溏心蛋🥚
無論蛋白定蛋黃都好軟淋,唔知係因為比湯浸左定本身就係咁;
蛋黃呈半固體狀,冇咩流心效果,不過顏色幾靚。
食到少少溏心蛋既鹹味,正常水準。



-麵酥
拉麵上要紅色既就係麵酥。但實質係咩我就唔太清楚。
因為炸過,冇浸湯果啲咬落去脆脆地,同少少鹹。
放落碗麵到我覺得冇咩作用,湯麵既話浸淋左就冇曬口感了~

粗麵麵質好好

煮既時間啱啱好,咬落彈牙有口感,亦唔會因為浸耐左湯而變淋同變糊!
不過就食唔到拉麵本身既麵味,可能湯底太濃味掛~
掛湯力尚算可以。
質感黎講,粗麵有水準!

湯底好油,面頭浮住一層油;
湯底偏稠身,唔係水汪汪果種;
味道方面都幾鹹;
整體感覺係重口味!
因為食完之後口好乾,想飲水🙈

特濃蝦汁叉燒拌麵
配料:叉燒粒、紫菜絲、麵酥、溏心蛋半隻同蔥。



-叉燒粒
整到肉粒咁,細細粒,幾有咬口;
叉燒多數係瘦既,冇咩肥既部分;
肉質硬實、唔嫩滑,一絲絲既肉;
味道方面亦好入味,但食落唔似叉燒、似五香肉丁既走油版。
我覺得好味過蝦湯拉麵果片叉燒。


其他配料一樣就唔再重複啦~



拌麵冇比好油既湯浸住,成件事清爽左!但拌麵亦相對較湯麵鹹少少。
個人黎講,覺得拌麵少左油膩感,略勝一籌





拉麵整體表現不過不失,冇咩驚喜位,但唔算伏。
再試就未必啦~
因為就個人口味而言,一幻既湯底唔係我杯茶,太油膩同太重口味,食完會口渴

但麵條做得唔錯,最滿意既就係拉麵既部份。
而且兩者相比,拌麵更為推薦
