Restaurant: Chill Out Chaozhou Cuisine (The Grid)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 先來菠蘿咕嚕肉(壽星女話去到邊都要嗌嘅咕嚕肉🤪)、滷水鵝片、普寧豆腐、啫啫芥蘭、上湯菜心、炸蠔餅、豆乳雞同炸蝦蟹棗。
咕嚕肉不過不失啦,滷水鵝片略嫌太薄身,普寧豆腐都係一般嘅菜式,當然蔬菜類亦都係唔會超級高水準啦。

想講講個炸蠔餅,落單嘅時候侍應問我哋要煎定係要炸,佢哋話好難揀,結果揀咗炸。雖然食物嘅質素大家都讚口不絕,啲🦪都夠足料,而且同出面食嘅有一啲唔同,真係有糯糯嘅感覺應該係木薯粉啦!不過下次可以試吓煎嘅效果應該冇咁熱氣添

豆乳雞就係為咗屋企人裏面有兩個「好」雞之人而叫嘅~一般般啦都係,不過其中一個攞啲汁黎撈左兩大碗飯囉😜

炸蝦蟹棗每樣四粒,大家二選一,我就揀咗🦀️,因為好似少啲機會食到,更何況我本人對crab cake情有獨鍾🥰所以我覺得幾好味,但係有人話另一間上環高檔啲嘅仲好味啲🤔

基本上我都7788,臨尾仲要加多一個煎兩面黃同埋甜品反沙芋。呢啲傳統潮州手工菜點都要試吓喎!係出色嘅不過反沙芋實在太甜啦!

的而且確侍應相當有禮貌,響我入座嘅途中佢好細心咁提我地下有啲線凸起咗叫我小心啲行,又會善意提醒你嗌嘅份量!👍🏻

埋單八個人大概$1400 除開平均$200一位都唔使,係唔係物超所值呢😍

掛住食好多都冇影相📸️,淨係影咗啲比較普通嘅菜式🤪自己親身去試吓啦。
