To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幾個朋友途經屯門,順路來嶺大的嶺南樓晚飯。見近排食評話招呼服務欠佳,吾信邪又試下,真係中伏。1930到達酒樓,人客大約有20枱,算熱鬧啦!2030大部份食客已經離場了,未夠2100侍應便清枱,還加句“下次早D黎啦!”態度趕客!阻住收工。除趕客態度外,由頭到尾都當食客半透明,要臉皮厚才叫停到侍應點菜和加水...食物方面,味精吾算太重,價錢屬街坊價。特價的燒鵝,1930便話售罄。轉食片皮鴨,鴨片先上枱,但粉皮卻遲10分鐘才到,鴨片已灘凍了。燉湯和肉絲炒麵較出色,其他小菜只是茶餐廳貨式了。總結而言,試一次就夠。唉!食肆吾爭氣,服務態度吾改變,北上消費是必然。
