其實我係第一次食椰子雞火鍋,真係唔知佢原來係咁倒啲椰子汁落去…聽講”滾爺火鍋”係專做椰子雞鍋,就嚟到尖沙咀分店試吓。入到去佢主要係卡位,兩個人坐都唔會迫,另外佢有獨立房間,仲聽到入邊嘅人喺度唱K😅。招牌椰子雞鍋(半隻雞) $248一上到嚟已經見到一堆椰子/椰皇😅,跟住師傅就會倒晒啲椰汁落去個鍋度,加埋啲蓮子、椰子同半隻雞一齊煲,打開蓋時已聞到濃烈嘅椰子味。煲完出嚟嘅所謂”湯”,根本唔存在”幾濃幾淡”,因為佢係一滴水都冇落,所以必然係最純正嘅椰汁味,加少少雞油味喺當中。味道當然非常鮮甜,我哋差唔多清晒。雞亦吸收咗椰子味,不過如果想味道再豐富啲,就可以點佢提供嘅火鍋醬料。跟住師傅就會倒正常嘅火鍋湯,我哋叫咗少量配料。金沙魚丸八粒 $58 - 有蛋黃喺當中嘅丸,好味亦抵食花甲/沙白 $78 - 份量唔算少,表現正常,花甲亦夠大隻即炸響鈴 $58 - 上到嚟係啱啱炸好,表現亦正常椰子雞鍋,可以話係餐廳嘅主力,無論過程同味道都夠晒特色,其他配料相對上只係錦上添花,金沙魚丸亦算特別。下次可以試吓佢其他肉類同配料。
