To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我同囡囡都好鍾意食海南雞飯，平日去東南亞餐廳或泰國餐廳，海南雞係必點，可以話試過全港好多唔同嘅海南雞飯。今晚我同囡囡就去咗鰂魚嘅隨心，佢哋主打新加坡菜，環境幾寬敞。呢度嘅海南雞飯係招牌菜，一定要試試看。不過有時覺得餐廳海南雞飯嘅雞，份量唔算多，有時唔夠喉，想食多啲。所以今次就叫咗半隻海南雞，加碗油飯，同女一齊食。今次嘅份量剛剛好，好滿足。海南雞皮香肉嫩，滑得黎有雞味。另外叫咗杯凍柑桔檸檬，鹹鹹地，酸酸甜甜，非常清新，可以一架肉類嘅油膩。這餐食得滿足，服務也不錯，服務員會主動加水，而且有禮貌。
