To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣凍凍地，就會想食辣嘢。呢間餐廳有招牌川菜，就嚟食下暖下身環境闊落舒適新淨，好多月球裝飾睇下餐牌先酸菜系列招牌酸菜魚$188一人晚餐都有招牌酸菜魚，不過我哋今晚肚餓，決定食大份d的招牌賣相靚，好多魚，肉質滑溜。 還有萵筍，菇，材料豐富。酸菜味夠酸夠濃， 所以配菜都好入味入面仲有薯粉，煙韌又吸收哂酸菜的精華土魷馬蹄蒸肉餅$70肉餅彈牙，土魷不少蒜蓉白菜仔$62白菜仔份量多，新鮮，蒜蓉味夠石鍋和風牛肉飯$69甜甜地的牛肉飯，配新鮮蛋滿滿的牛肉
