是咁的,上個星期6 我老公個邊提早拜山,見還掂都出左黎九龍,不如夜晚去食老字號- 方榮記啦,奶奶話佢後生時食過幾好食,想再重溫一下,我地就一行7個人去到九龍城。為咗唔想老人家企喺度等,我5:30就打去book位,好好彩6:30有一張大枱。去到唔使等位,叫左2個湯底,一個係方魚清湯,另一個係沙嗲,我哋嗌咗星級牛肉,本地手切牛肉,但黎到望到個樣唔太吸引,星級牛肉多d 雪花,食落口無咁靭,而手切牛肉太難咬啦,我咬左好耐都唔太吞到。有d 失望。炸魚皮好脆,味道幾好,魚皮餃配沙嗲湯底好好食,推介!而墨魚丸有墨魚軟骨喺入邊,整體上口感都唔錯。貢丸就正常啦。我仲嗌咗打邊爐我最愛嘅魚湯,即係與浮吓浮吓嗰舊嘢,仲有我最愛嘅牛腸!兩樣嘢配左沙嗲湯底都好食。而全晚最好食嘅,就係大江面!大江面朔晒啲沙嗲湯汁,非常入味,口感好好!我地嗌左2份,後來因為太好食再嗌多份。一行7個人,食左千6蚊鬆d, 差不多啦,但都係對嗰兩碟牛肉有啲失望。
