To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾日黎食過佢既海南雞飯真係幾唔錯喎雞肉肉質嫩滑, 係間中有兩件係比較鞋口左少少雞皮夠薄, 唔會好厚身有種反胃既感覺而且雞肉唔會有太多肥膏係度, 確實唔錯點埋佢提供既醬汁一齊食真係好好食而佢個油飯都好好味既, 我個人口味黎講鐘意乾身啲油飯都充滿雞肉既香味, 配上出色既雞肉, 真係無可挑剔朋友就唔太肚餓, 叫左下午茶個咖央多士食咖央醬落得重手, 朋友話份多士係熱辣辣即叫即做甜度適中帶有香濃椰香味, 佢都食到讚不絕口
