除左啲拉麵名夠型,最緊要豬骨湯底係我最愛!當然麵質同叉燒配菜都好緊要。去九州去得多,5,6十蚊就食到嘅美味豚骨湯拉麵,嚟到香港會係點?今次呢碗金武士,塊叉燒實係好有油香,煮得好夠時間。麵質亦合我心意。糖心蛋時間又係啱啱好。但最驚喜嘅,莫過於呢個黑蒜油湯底,佢地仲要加左栗子蓉蓉湯底,令個湯味更有層次又出奇地夾。另一個賣點,檯面附設有蒜泥同豆芽菜,加落碗面真係爽!牛舌厚切 $20都算抵! 墨魚嘴有蒜啦又係幾惹味!另附上餐牌作參考
