To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友話想食四川嘢，於是就來咗呢一間嘅小店。初初見到門口有啲$88套餐係一個粉配小食，覺得好抵，點知入到去先知呢個套餐價係去到6點前，好可惜錯過時間於是我地點咗其他嘢食，首先最推薦就係麻醬雞絲粉皮，啲粉皮係水晶粉，食落去煙韌，而且啲麻醬嘅份量啱啱好，味道適中。.而夫妻肺片都好入味，麻辣程度適合香港人嘅口味，食完未咩味精感覺。.成餐飯較為遜色嘅係擔擔麵，麵嘅份量偏少，比較適合女仔嘅胃口，而且擔擔麵有別於其他餐廳，一般係有啲湯水，但呢個相對係乾身，建議都可以加多少肉碎，多啲肉汁會好食啲。.值得一讚嘅服務態度好，不斷有人幫手斟水，又會主動提供酒精搓手液。建議改善：dandanmian嘅粉量可以多啲啲
