To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因訂了枱,一家三口到達時隨即安排入座。入內見地方頗大人客亦多。坐定後點了幾款菜式:螺頭燉翅裙(2-4位用) - 湯夠甜不肥膩,每人有一碗多點點,湯渣亦很多,不俗;榴汁脆皮雞(半隻) - 皮脆夠熱,唔錯;雙蔥安格斯牛柳粒 - 牛柳粒夠稔夠鑊氣;宮保蝦球 - 不太辣,蝦球亦多,不錯;蒜蓉炒豆苗 - 夠大碟,豆苗本身不老,炒得啱啱好。雖然是第一次幫襯,總括而言有驚喜,令人滿意。價錢中上,但食物份量足,很好。👍
