平時去這酒樓都是吃套餐或吃蟹因為今次酒樓只供應8或12人套餐而我們一行5人所以唯有散叫。黑松露滑蛋蝦仁,蝦仁爽,蛋滑。陳皮豆豉炒蝦球,蝦爽,配料和牛肉粒的配料一樣都係咸。燒汁安格斯牛肉粒,牛肉粒OK,但小粒。至於老虎斑兩味是因為侍應話無晒龍躉兩味,唯有改,但價錢貴了百多元及我真食唔出似老虎斑囉!清蒸老虎斑頭腩正常發揮。碧綠炒老虎斑球正常發揮,但碟蠔油好咸。大澳海山骨即蝦醬骨,外算脆內軟,OK。胡椒焗加拿大蟹,胡椒味好重,蟹欠鮮味。杭椒炒鮑魚,這餸最出色,鮑魚淋及入味。整體餸菜可以,但平日食開套餐抵食得多,散吖餸較細碟。
