今日到咗西貢住兩晚,第一餐就食西貢最出名嘅海鮮。見到有一間叫勝記海鮮飯店,佢相比其他海鮮酒家係好偏僻,同埋見到有所為嘅米芝蓮牌,就試吓睇吓係中伏定係堅好食。食完就真係伏得好緊要,海鮮只係叫咗三樣。第一樣,花竹蝦兩隻,我地選擇咗刺身;第二樣,瀨尿蝦皇,我地選擇清蒸;最後一樣,花螺,我地選擇辣酒煮。續樣講,首先講花竹蝦刺身(6兩-$240,未計加工費)冇鮮甜味冇蝦味,清蒸瀨尿蝦皇(8兩-$200,未計加工費),上碟只係得隻碟同隻蝦,沒有其他伴碟(最衰忘記影相)。最後係辣酒煮花螺(12兩-$180,未計加工費),花螺韌辣味似街邊辣魚旦。貴得嚟好食都好,最橙就係貴得嚟唔好食,而米芝蓮嘅星,已經係2018嘅事,唔知係咪因為近幾年食物質素好差而攞唔到(我估),我覺得係咪要規管一D過氣嘅米芝蓮餐廳,唔俾佢地掛個牌出嚟呢?到最後埋單係$1518。包括刺身費$178,辣酒螺費$118,蒸瀨尿蝦費$178,海鮮$620,一支酒$58,豉油皇牛肉粉米$188,茶💰$40/2位。總結,勝記係有名冇實力嘅海鮮酒家。唔食唔會後悔,食咗先係後悔。
