To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友介紹，晏晝過嚟食嘢，無論係周邊或餐廳的環境都幾舒服💆🏻，可能經濟麻麻，lunch time都冇full，大約得3檯客。座位🪑的setting一般，坐得好埋，檯亦唔大，如果full house就會好逼🥴。同朋友一人一個餐，$108/客。午市冇加一，包飲品🥤，但冇得揀咖啡。Aloha bowl🥗：可揀飯/沙律菜/各半；配料有牛油果、雜菌、粟米、豆腐同紅海帶，配柚子醬油醋同芝麻。飲品點咗椰子水🥥。揀餐的原因係佢部分配料（如牛油果🥑同紅海帶）喺餐牌上屬於貴少少（$16/款），加上1杯椰子水🥤散叫$32，所以感覺著數啲。今次係我第一次食poke bowl🥗，不過唔好以為好特別，因為我自己每日至少有1餐係沙律，poke bowl只係沙律而已。食物上檯時已經覺得份量唔多🙈，最弊係隻木碗個底勁厚，食物只得一細碗，難怪我見過openrice有負評話成本唔使$20😂。食完我都有少少認同❗沙律菜基本上只得生菜🥬，仲好少添，惟一係牛油果🥑的份量算多，其他配料就較少。個poke bowl🥗大約只有我平時食量的1/3-1/2，真係唔飽，仲咁貴💸💸💸。雖然食材新鮮，但都難掩佢搵笨的事實🫣🫣。椰子水🥥🥤：同我飲
