Restaurant: Vegelink Vegetarian Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 素食私房菜...還是頭一次試! (很期待, 但原來有期待, 都無失望喎)食後感 :這一餐齋, 我覺得係 "摩登齋菜" !每碟菜上檯時, 賣相都很精美, 睇得出廚師有用心設計過, 至於味道, 大部份都唔錯, 以下係食評 : 餐前小吃 : 梅子蕃茄 (正正正, 可惜一人一粒, 咁孤寒0架! 唔夠喉呀, 起碼每人要有4-5粒啦) (1) 四式併盤 (其中蜜汁脆鱔 和 日本芥末青瓜卷 ....超正) (2) 翡翠雙喜魚翅餃 (普通, 但d顏色好靚) (3) 南瓜湯 (好creamy, 正) (4) 普羅旺斯鮮貝(有驚喜...鮮貝即係雞肶菇,配上意大利醋, 帶出的味道, 很難忘) (5) 寶皇翡翠 (頂頭果舊扮肉, 口感梅梅地, 勝瓜有怪草味 ~ 最唔掂係呢碟) (6) 豆酥白玉 (豆腐很滑, 味道ok) (7)串燒沙嗲 (味道很像, 但肉0既口感又係淋淋地) (8) 花開富貴 (普通) (9) 紅麴炒飯 (有人話似臘腸飯, 又有人話似臘味糯米飯, 我就覺得係南乳炒飯 ; 此飯口感鬆軟, 唔理佢似乜野味, 總之就係好味, 個個都食左2碗) (10) 香蕉派 (唔錯) (11) 意猶未盡

總共11味菜, 雖然碟碟每人都係少少份量, 但食食下, 原來都好鬼飽0架!!
