To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前公司新來了一個從外國回來的新同事,佢話現在歐美國家好興素食,完全唔係我以前諗的食齋或者宗教概念,素食是新時尚,我梗係要跟佢體驗一下啦。蒲踏出𨋢門 ,餐廳裝修好新派,用粉紫色配上白色的椅子及天花,又摩登又光猛, 午餐選擇有中式(筷子),西式 (刀叉) ,仲有fusion版。🥦我點要 一份 冬菇淮山栗子豆腐配珍珠糙米飯,這個午餐有好多個course,老火湯是印度椰子雪耳湯,加上西瓜哈密瓜藜麥黑醋沙律, 酸甜度適中,這已經好有睇頭。🍜 同事點了一份 台式大滷麵配香酥雲吞,西式白湯是 忌廉粟米濃湯,配上蒜蓉包,這個湯香濃多料,相當唔錯。我們額外加了$20,要一份 班蘭千層蛋糕,唔係好甜,好滿足。最有趣的是他們的電視機,正在播放煮素食的 YouTube 片段,我睇得十分入神,唔肯離開。服務唔錯,當服務生送上甜品時,還送上祝福語句,值得一讚。餐廳地方闊落,裝修用粉紫色及白色裝修,清新優雅,感覺好年輕的OL,下次要再來。 😃
