今晚夜左收工唔算太肚餓,同老公講我想食下串燒飲下啤酒,上網一睇見到共度一宵咁多人推介就即刻揸架車嚟咗呢度食下野啦!嚟到發現佢都幾有風味喎,有少少大排檔嘅感覺,唔知大家覺唔覺得而家少咗好多呢啲風味餐廳呢?事不宜遲梗係嗱嗱臨叫餸啦!首先登場嘅係炸芝士蝦丸,上碟嗰陣見到佢標晒煙都知危險㗎啦,一咬落去真係有pat芝士跌咗出嚟!好好食喎,炸粉炸得啱啱好,入邊仲有半熔狀態嘅芝士,竟然令我諗起細個喺九龍城金寶泰國菜館食個粒炸蝦丸!!!當然呢度價錢就抵好多啦!多春魚,條條都肥嘟嘟!原隻燒雞翼亦都好多汁,之前見到有人話雞翼唔係好入味,唔知老闆係咪改良咗呢,其實好夠味喎,出邊仲要脆皮添!燒牛舌,牛舌係厚切嘅,不過好入味之餘仲好彈牙!好出色,我自己認為係其中一味必要嘅菜式!另外中間嘅雞皮都好值得推介,$19有兩串仲有泰國嘅感覺!令我最右手邊嘅五花腩亦都好好食,佢嘅感覺就好似你食韓燒個塊五花腩切咗出嚟做串燒咁!黃花魚,必叫!老闆同我地講今日啲魚好新鮮叫我地試吓,上碟嘅時候發現原條上已經心知冇嗌錯!條魚真係好新鮮,同老細傾下傾下佢同我地講原來佢係今朝早喺隔離街市自己買嘅,仲游緊水㗎,我諗開係街市附近就係有呢度好

多春魚,條條都肥嘟嘟!原隻燒雞翼亦都好多汁,之前見到有人話雞翼唔係好入味,唔知老闆係咪改良咗呢,其實好夠味喎,出邊仲要脆皮添!

黃花魚,必叫!老闆同我地講今日啲魚好新鮮叫我地試吓,上碟嘅時候發現原條上已經心知冇嗌錯!條魚真係好新鮮,同老細傾下傾下佢同我地講原來佢係今朝早喺隔離街市自己買嘅,仲游緊水㗎,我諗開係街市附近就係有呢度好啦,可以搵到最新鮮嘅食材!食客們有福了

番薯仔好好味,佢係直情燒到成粒都軟綿綿,咬落去好粉好爛咁兼且勁甜!而我最愛嘅雞泡魚干當然都唔會令人失望啦

蒜蓉燒生蠔,呢咪又係老闆推薦嘅!但係佢一開始推薦嘅竟然唔係隻生蠔而係上面嘅炸蒜蓉?我期待左一陣,究竟點解佢會將個重點放喺蒜蓉上面呢?到到上碟我就知道原因係咩啦,我自己就好鍾意食蒜嘅,而一食落去你就發現,上面嘅唔係生蒜而係燒過炸過嘅蒜蓉,入口有啲creamy好好味
其實老闆知道我鍾意食蒜蓉仲推介我叫蒜蓉燒茄子,不過好可惜我自己唔識茄子,如果唔係相信應該都係好好味嘅!生蠔亦都好新鮮,唔係平時普通嗰啲冰鮮筒蠔!



呢間野又列入左我近期食過嘅大愛啦!最抵讚嘅係你會發現佢每一味菜到用咗心思去研究點樣先煮得好味!就好似好簡單無人留意到嘅蒜蓉佢都會落足心機研究點先最好食!有心嘅餐廳而家真係好難得,要繼續努力!香港小店是需要支持的!!!
