與同事約食晚飯,其中一位同事試過虎鐵的午餐,推介今次一起來食晚餐啊!同事預先book位,可坐圍繞鐵板旁的座位~~~我們仨同樣選$980的主廚推介套餐,就只有甜品的選擇不同啊!沙律作為前菜,用料都不遜色,是蟹肉沙律啊!沙律菜爽脆新鮮,絲絲蟹肉配上柚子汁,令人開胃!!海膽黑松露溏沁蛋,白雪雪的溏沁蛋呈水嫩質感,面層放上海膽,配以少量黑松露吊出海膽鮮味,再加上食用金箔作裝飾,增添高級感覺。實際上,溏沁蛋的那陣蛋香味,配海膽與黑松露的鮮與香,絕不只是流於表面!煙燻帆立貝,是令我深刻難忘的一道菜!上每一道菜時,店員都會簡介每一道菜,另會建議食用的步驟,免得浪費主廚創作每道菜的心思。師傅先將帆立貝放在鐵板上略煎,再放入小器皿內逐隻煙燻。煙燻帆立貝的器皿內加入了菊花,未放入口前,已率先聞到菊花的清香撲鼻。嚐一口帆立貝,花香滿腔而帆立貝軟嫩非常,也可略略沾板上的岩鹽來提鮮。最後享用菊花紅酒啫喱,酒味不會太重,感覺同樣清新!活鮑魚配蟹肉海苔醬,鮑魚是採用南非孔雀鮑魚,師傅未開始烹煮前,就見到幾隻鮑魚仍然不斷郁動,夠新鮮!而且這款鮑魚的size是我個人所吃過的鮑魚之中最大隻的!!店員簡介說,師傅並無加入任

活鮑魚配蟹肉海苔醬,鮑魚是採用南非孔雀鮑魚,師傅未開始烹煮前,就見到幾隻鮑魚仍然不斷郁動,夠新鮮!而且這款鮑魚的size是我個人所吃過的鮑魚之中最大隻的!!店員簡介說,師傅並無加入任何調味來烹煮鮑魚,那陣鹹香味是來自鮑魚來身的海水味。先嚐原味,可嚐到鮑魚的鹹鮮香,肉質彈牙!然後就可嘗試蘸蟹肉海苔醬來吃,醬汁雖清淡但略略帶有蟹肉香味。平時食鮑魚都會切走綠色帶點苦味的肝臟,師傅反留低肝臟,經清毒下再煎煮,去掉了苦味而化為甘香!剛好是配生啤的下酒菜~~,紅色的那些是雞冠草,質感爽彈而無味,配上醬汁再加上魚子的魚油香,感覺有趣!

法國鴨肝,size同樣巨型!鴨肝煎得外脆內軟,香滑得來又不會滿嘴油膩感。以青蘋果墊底,酸甜味更減那份油膩。另亦可搭配蘆筍﹑意大利黑醋汁、焦糖青檸來吃,每種的酸度,搭配鴨肝來吃有不同的效果,但同樣能用以減卻那種膩滯感。

日本A5和牛厚燒伴香煎野菜,厚燒和牛的份量雖不多,但肉質軟嫩多汁,又富有牛味,好吃!亦可略沾粉紅岩鹽或配蒜片來吃,蒜片香脆,蒜味不會太霸道的蓋過牛味。野菜有茄子﹑南瓜及大啡菇,味道香而不油。

甜品分別選了椰子雪糕﹑蘋果雪葩及水蜜桃雪葩,三款口味都很好吃!!各自有其食材的清香或濃郁,而又不過甜,是完滿的結尾啊


經過這次的晚餐,虎鐵成為了我心水的鐵板燒店!!店家既擁有優質服務,亦花不少心思創作美味食物呢!同事果然沒推介錯~~~
