FD到香港旅行,點明要試哩間網紅型格餐廳,咁陪佢啦。哩間餐廳真係好火爆,唔夠7點基本滿曬。餐廳裝修真係好靚,最重要係有無敵維港夜景睇,真係好啱打卡。I Need to Keep Fit!,偏日式口味嘅cocktail,以朗姆酒做底,落入自家之椰子cream同豆腐抹茶粉,飲落抹茶味重,回味有椰子香味伴隨少少酒香。I Need to Clear My Mind!,好適合入浴時候飲用嘅飲品,泡泡伴隨鮮花好夢幻。哩杯飲品以伏特加做底,落入柚子等數款果汁,味道清爽層次豐富。Red Prawn and Scallop Carpaccio,泰式和日式結合啲前菜。用咗北海道扇貝同紅蝦刺身,再搭配濃縮冬陰功醬汁食用。刺身新鮮鮮甜,醬汁酸辣惹味,唔錯。Southern Vietnamese Crab Cups, 好費功夫嘅一道前菜,剔出新鮮蟹肉,落入脆米球後再加上蝦油啫喱。食落底部酥脆,內裡蟹肉飽滿,因為落入酸橙調味,蟹肉食落更加鮮甜。Thai Lobster Sauce Spaghetti with Canada Lobster Tail, 龍蝦尾超大一個,差唔多有成個手掌大。用泰式冬陰功口味嘅龍蝦醬汁
