Blue Monday相約好友共聚,把酒暢談,本來是人生樂事好可惜,選錯餐廳,把本來愉快的心情一掃而空在用餐時間還有大半小時的時候就示意我們last order但當時還有一杯雞尾酒還未送上及後還有十五分鐘才夠鐘交枱就示意我們落樓下埋單當然餐桌上的食物還未食完遲送上的雞尾酒還未飲完但職員只有不停催促我們埋單和還枱就算食物質素還可但職員的態度何其差還有在用餐的時候根本一點服務也沒有沒有職員主動落單就算示意落單,亦指向其他同事一個推一個今時今日咁既服務態度真係不敢恭維

前菜我就要咗一個hamachi ceviche,佢個醬汁調得勁好味,又柚子、Wasabi同埋青檸,加埋hamachi一齊食係超正,擺盤仲要好吸引。我朋友就揀咗要beef tartare。我欣賞呢度個bone marrow唔會太大份,所以唔會覺得太油膩,而且d chips完全冇油膱味,係一個好正嘅appetizer!

主菜我地share左一個baked sambal慢煮black cod,條魚真係好滑,入口即溶,醬汁亦都調配得好好,當然蔬菜都烤得剛剛好,有少少脆口,但係甜味就迫晒出嚟。之後就要做一個闊蛋麵嘅八爪魚,八爪魚嘅口感好正,加埋個pad thai crab sauce有啲甜甜地,但係唔會太潔身,令到人真係會想食完一啖又一啖。

後來食嘢之後我哋都上咗去天台度chill咗一陣,而家唔係太夜嘅天氣真係好正!
