To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 等左咁多年，馬鞍山終於可以叫做擺脫美食沙漠之稱既第一步，因為再有一間有質素既食店於馬鞍山廣場開幕了，就係【一風堂】。雖然真係等左成60分鐘先有位入座，而我哋只係這位，但係都覺得真心值得呢，因為食物既質素確係有誠意，真心抵返晒。我哋叫左「辛口一風堂餃子」、「唐揚海老」、「煮干系拉麵」、「芝麻菠菜」、「橫濱家系豚骨拉麵」「辛口一風堂餃子」：餃子皮薄函靚，入面既肉既肉汁好 JUICY ，肉味好濃郁，一咬入，滾熱既肉汁都流出了。好輕微既辣味，更加可以帶出餃子本身既惹味，唔會搶走左原味。「唐揚海老」：係一藍子既炸海蝦，炸得金黃，脆口，整隻蝦都可以全食，海蝦非常新鮮，肉質好彈牙，外脆內爽，口感一流，味蕾享受。「芝麻菠菜」：菠菜好新鮮，配特製芝麻醬，凍食，好有驚喜，非常醒胃。「煮干系拉麵」、「橫濱家系豚骨拉麵」：湯底好濃郁，豚肉好軟滑，入口即溶系列，拉麵亦可選擇自己喜愛既軟硬度，好貼心。
