To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放假最岩就係同我嘅熊寶去飲茶知道佢鍾意食蠔仔粥,原來屋企附近有間潮汕酒樓,即刻決嚟飲茶潮州蠔仔粥蠔仔脹卜卜的蠔仔嘅數量都好多當中仲有方魚嘅香脆口感真係好好食❗️香煎上素腐皮卷呢個係熱辣辣即炸的中間塞滿菇菌,令口感好豐富香茜叉燒腸粉金瑤蛋白炒飯本身我唔太鍾意太多肉,所以呢個飯岩哂我加埋潮州辣椒油一齊食,簡直係極品啲飯炒到粒粒分明,加上又唔油膩,所以我都食左三大碗芝麻煎堆仔煎堆口感非常軟糯,不過中間嘅芝麻餡唔係流心如果可以做到流心會更正‼️
