To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

琴晚放工都11點幾, 同上司2個都好肚餓, 一路唔知食咩好, 甘岩駕車經過見得佢味關門就去食下啦~我同上司2個人叫3碟野:蒜蓉炒通菜, 椒鹽鮮尤,煎蠔餅蒜蓉炒通菜夠香, 好大碟, 通常蒜蓉炒都會好咸, 但佢唔會之餘仲真係好香好惹味, 師傅收油收得好, 絕對冇話太肥椒鹽鮮尤好脆好香, 個樣金黃剔透夠靚仔, 但係咬落口啖啖肉好彈牙, 完全唔會話好DRY好硬煎蠔餅一樣正, 多蠔, 大粒, 夠新鮮, 個餅好厚身, 唔會太DRY, 因為我好怕食太DRY太脆既蠔餅, 所以好中意佢呢個埋單120,真係好抵食~BTW,佢地既花生菜普真係好食, 一坐低就有,,好正牙=]
