To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日跟同事去試咗一間奇華集團嘅奇華茶室，嗰度嘅佈置很雅致，室內的格調很悠閒，椅子很舒適，牆上掛了很多不同的畫作。近窗的位置還有一個半露天的楊台，上面有一把懷舊的吊扇。佢嘅午餐其實只有三款，午餐來說，聽同事說他一直也只有這三款，其餘食物也沒有套餐價錢。而且散叫有加一，午市套餐也有加一。我叫了他的海南雞飯，賣相很不錯。有一個中湯，三款醬料，一碗油飯及一碟海南雞。中湯味道有點兒太鹹，而油飯味道又太淡。雞很嫩滑，但每碟雞也有一隻雞翼。三款調味方面，比較一般，味道並不是很突出。飲品方面，茶味也不太夠，檸檬切片又不均勻。整體來說，很一般。進來這裏食， 價錢應該是花了在欣賞這裏的裝飾上面，而不是在食物的味道上面。以這個價錢來說，其實並不值得。
