🍣牛腸鍋 我個人好鍾意食牛腸,難得見到成個Course入面可以揀唔同嘅鍋,我梗係唔會放過呢度嘅牛腸鍋啦。牛腸鍋嘅湯底濃郁醇厚,卻又不油膩,牛腸軟糯入味,而且腸洗得好乾淨完全冇異味,真係好好味👍 🍣天草直送新鲜刺身盛合 跟住就係我最鍾意食嘅刺身壽司啦,呢度嘅刺身都係即切即整做壽司,所以唔使懷疑佢嘅新鮮程度,每一款嘅魚生鮮甜嫩滑,魚脂都好均勻,食落完全唔會滯。 🍣熊本天草鮮魚壽司三件 壽司嘅飯粒粒分明,但係夾起上嚟又唔會散開,呢個真係要讚吓壽司師傅嘅功架,壽司保持到極佳嘅新鮮度,三款嘅口感都唔同可以食到各種各樣唔同嘅口感,由嫩滑到微韌都有。 🍣炭焼鶏鶏頸肉 雞頸肉比較嫩滑,同時又有一定嘅咬口,越嚼越香。炭火燒烤令表面略帶焦脆,入面保持多汁。上枱之後仲可以聞到濃郁嘅肉香。
