To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

忘記是什麼原因要找宵夜吃,是晚其實已經差不多十一點,但鬆弛肚餓想吃東西,既然是他肚子餓當然由他拍板,最後我們又到了慈雲山。十一點多的毓華里依然熱鬧,不過這麼晚又沒理由吃雞煲的,所以我們去試一家潮洲菜館。其實我們第一次來慈雲山是我提議的,那時候我是想吃這家潮洲菜,因為我在電視看到有人介紹,但最後我們被阿肥越南美食吸引了,往後兩次來也沒想到要回去吃潮洲菜,這次終於可以試到了。始終是街坊小炒店,所以不要期望很乾淨,地下有點濕濕滑滑的,如果早點來的話我寧願到外面坐好像更加好。其實這個時候店子差不多打烊,我們迅速坐下點了一碗蠔仔粥和韮菜豬紅,本來見到有人在吃炒花甲也想點一碟的,可是已經賣光了,只好作罷。韮菜豬紅我們只點了小的,但份量極多,豬紅爽口又夠味,上面灑了一些類以炸蒜蓉的醬,非常香口,配上潮洲辣椒油,好吃,而且韮菜也新鮮無渣。蠔仔粥份量大,裡面的料也多,通常都是方魚肉碎粥或者是蠔仔肉碎粥,但這個又有方魚又有蠔仔又有肉碎,三樣東西結合在一起,湯底鮮甜,味道不錯。點兩樣東西好像都只是五十元,份量多水準又不錯,真的要在這裡舊區才可以找得到了。

蠔仔粥份量大,裡面的料也多,通常都是方魚肉碎粥或者是蠔仔肉碎粥,但這個又有方魚又有蠔仔又有肉碎,三樣東西結合在一起,湯底鮮甜,味道不錯。

點兩樣東西好像都只是五十元,份量多水準又不錯,真的要在這裡舊區才可以找得到了。
