✨文華從來都唔會令人失望✨早排嘅星期六,去咗文華扒房食佢哋嘅𝗕𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘂,即使環境有少許歲月痕跡,景觀亦不算出眾,但實而不華嘅佢無論係食物定服務上,整體都好滿意,絕對係物有所值😋呢間一定係我再訪之選♪.⋱⋰ ⋱⋰ ⋱⋰ ⋱⋰ ⋱⋰ ⋱⋰ ⋱⋰ ⋱⋰.▫️𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝(9/10)呢個餐包真心好好食,平時我多數都唔會食晒啲餐包,但呢個我忍唔住refill多次,暫時係我食過最好食嘅餐包😋佢係一個好重牛油味嘅brioche,撕開後仲有一層層少似酥皮嘅紋理.✦𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒔✦▫️𝐏𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐝 (v)(9/10)呢個好似係一個季節限定嘅前菜,估唔到有驚喜💓佢味道上係咸嘅,口感真係非常creamy入口即化,有陣南瓜加牛奶香,同入邊啲菇出奇地夾,而且都幾大碗,一個人食晒會有少少膩.▫️𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐧(7/10)叫咗呢個幾出名嘅煙三文魚,上枱時會有專人係你面前切,另外仲會問你想要咩配料,我就全都要晒,佢就會放晒係碟邊~味道上確係唔錯,不過下次再去會想試吓其他野多啲😛.✦𝑴𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆✦▫️𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐨𝐧 (+$198)(8.5

黎得文華扒房又點可以唔叫佢個威靈頓牛😍兩塊都好厚,我哋叫咗medium,見到佢中間呈粉紅色嘅色澤都知整得啱啱好,而且牛肉亦夠嫰;至於酥皮都夠脆,中間嘅蘑菇香濃得黎唔會蓋過牛肉味,平衡得好好⁽ ´꒳`⁾

最後侍應加上黑松露汁,真心正😋雖然係加錢,但比起晚餐都平一半,大家記得係48小時前order定,因為有機會冇㗎~

食到甜品嘅時間已經非常飽,我同朋友都揀咗呢個柚子味嘅bavarois,賣相精緻味道酸酸甜甜咁唔會太膩,雖然未算好出色,但幾適合作為呢餐嘅甜品
