To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天走到灣仔,朋友想找一家坐得舒適可以好好聊天的好地方,我就想到了「1963木十豆寸」!餐廳位於唐樓二樓,餐廳有獨立門口出入。單是地下正門的綠色鐵閘已經充滿懷舊味道。由於餐廳位於二樓,要行兩層樓梯,沿路餐廳張貼了不少打氣字句,鼓勵食客多走動,胃口會更好。真貼心!打開二樓木門走入餐廳,有條小走廊,沿路的舊式吊燈、木窗框、乾花、舊式收音機等陳設,令人意識到我們正一步步走進了60年代環境氣氛...餐廳内放滿古舊陳設,例如水吧的瓷磚,舊式電視櫃📺等.......還有洗手門外的髮廊💈及印刷的字粒櫃子,真是正!餐牌菜式選擇不算多,但分類清楚有條理。最後兩人點了4道菜,包括有飯、麵、家常菜、限量山菜😋「滷肉飯」肉是半肥瘦,滷水汁甜甜地,每粒肉碎都醃得相當入味,滷蛋亦不錯,可惜飯有少許硬。份量只一小碗,但對女生來說,份量剛好,不怕眼濶口窄浪費食材👍🏻「烏龍茶香燻雞」,茶味沒有太濃,所以都被煙燻味蓋過了,鷄不夠嫩滑,但整體不錯。「樹子水蓮」水蓮是台灣菜,菜很爽脆,有點像通菜的口感,略嫌炒碟菜的油份太多。「炒新竹米粉」相當驚喜!米粉炒得乾身,配菜和蝦仁亦算多,豐富滿足!
