Restaurant: Lockcha (Hong Kong Park)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很特別的一間茶館,主題當然是品茶,但亦有多款精緻點心供應,位於人來人往的香港公園內,但位置又有點自成一角,店內佈置得古色古香,有很多精美茶具及品茶用品擺設,可以好好享受一頓寧靜的用餐及品茶時間,又可扮下文青拍拍照,以及欣賞店內的一切。我們一家七人去賞午餐,點了香煎芋頭糕丶龍華寺素卷丶時菜(菜心)丶星洲炒米丶香煎鍋貼丶蘿蔔絲酥餅丶茶果丶蒸餃丶腰果花生糯米糍丶南瓜蓉甜點等。食物方面沒特別驚喜,但全部都很有水準。另外當然少不了茶,點了百花仙子,浸泡在滾水後看著它慢慢開花,滿足了視覺及味覺。
