To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾日收到元氣卡，雖然並沒有即時折扣，但可以蓄積分，每十蚊一分，變相即是九折。午間來了粉嶺中心的店子，找了個卡位坐，相當舒服，從食物帶上先來一客蟹籽壽司，蟹籽多得快要跌出來，吃起來飯粒醋味輕柔，紫菜又不會一身水氣，不錯。再來是近月最愛的左口魚邊，充滿油份的甘香，魚味濃郁，又是一絕；最後是北寄貝壽司，可能放得太耐，北寄貝有點乾身，吃來一般。不過還是會再來的。
