To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年新年團拜，在這裡book 了2圍，有間細房，但非常迫，明既，新年！題外話，當日我親戚派了些利是給相熟部長，怎知所有員工即刻放低碗筷衝入來討利是，連廚房都出來，尤如餓狼，非常可怕（但之後想揾個人沖水都難，服務質素就不評了吧）講返當日菜色ok, 是standard 新年酒席，但居然忘記蒸魚，攪到等好耐。龍蝦面不錯，蟹拑好正。待應是不足的，每人大概500元，新年來說有龍蝦有鮑魚蟹拑，算不錯
