To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新年一大班朋友出來團拜, 朋友介紹來呢間, 所以就去了, 一心諗住野食應該唔錯, 點知, 希望越大, 失望越大...皮蛋 - 無想像中咁好食, 唔食都唔會損失湯底: 冬陰公CAPPUCCINO + 蘋果粟米雪耳塘排湯 - 我唔食辣, 所以無食冬陰公個邊, 而個蘋果粟米個邊, 可以話, 比滾水有少少少少味囉, 同個STAFF講話淡, 佢拎左一碟唔知係鹽定係味精出來, 然後一野同我倒晒落去, 我地即刻O晒咀.醬油 - 好啖桂花蚌 - 不知所謂, 完全無味, 最差既一碟火鍋配料脆肉鯇魚腩片 - 唔錯, 幾新鮮丫大魚頭 - 都算幾新鮮炸魚皮 - 正常啦本地手切肥牛 - 唔夠牛味本地雪花牛利 - 勁細塊, 無牛味醉雞中翼 - 算係最有味既食物, 好香既酒味蝦膠釀油炸鬼 - 唔覺得好食墨魚滑 - 正常口感黑松露和牛餃 - 黑松露陣味重左D, 食唔到牛味, 咁唔駛用和牛啦鹹牛利芝士餃 - 芝士味幾香皇帝菜 - 份量太細油麥菜 - 一份得幾棵, 5份1斤都無總括, 呢個價錢食呢間野, 完全唔抵, 野食又唔好食, 味道又淡, 下次有人請我都唔會再去!
