To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 踏入2018戊戌狗年,大家對新一年有甚麼願望?平安、喜樂、幸福、富貴,都是中國人在農曆新年的祝願。新年傳統習俗多不勝數,而禁忌習俗也必須遵從,例如初三赤口不宜拜年,那就來一場新春開運大飲茶吧!幸運的是嶺南樓開在我家附近,就算即興飲茶也十分方便。嶺南樓早已成為我倆的指定飯堂,除了廚師有一定功架外,點心款式還時有驚喜。正值春期間,嶺南樓推出了賀年點心,只供應至年初七,應節之餘不過是大中小點價錢,點心紙上也添加了數款新點心,每次到嶺南樓飲茶總會有驚喜發現。隨着年紀漸發愈發變得迷信起來,才只不過是小兩口子的午飯,我倆卻堅持要點上「八」款點心,又要確保合二人之力能吃完,結果在剔選點心時爭論不已,「赤口」出門當真易招口角呢!到點心上桌又堅持要到齊才起箸,招引了部長、侍應、食客們的奇異目光,不過看着一桌的賀年點心,過新年就是要如此喜氣的吧!兩款賀年點心,分別是「金銀滿屋」和「包羅萬有」。「金銀滿屋」顧名思義就是煎堆碌碌($15/中點)了,蘸滿芝麻金黃香脆,煙靱的糯米皮裹着甜蜜的蓮子蓉,新鮮熱辣。「包羅萬有」是原隻鮑魚燒賣($28/頂點),用上乾鮑感覺氣派,蝦肉燒賣肉汁滿盈,頂點是絕不過分。開心小白兔

新年要吃馬蹄糕不難,但黑芝麻馬蹄糕($15/中點)確是特別。馬蹄糕加進生磨黑芝麻,成品便是黑黝黝的了,馬蹄糕麻香相當濃烈,相對就沒原味的清甜,但切片馬蹄十分足量,吃起來嗦然有聲,喜歡馬蹄糕的我,很想把黑芝麻馬蹄糕買走呢!

廚部的出品奇味雞中翼($37)不用煎的而改用炸的,雞全翼切件再蘸上脆米粉,外皮炸得極脆口感特別,只可惜全翼雞味沒中翼的濃,雞肉亦不算滑溜,蘸甜酸醬吃起來倒像韓式炸雞,可以說是別有一番風味吧!

新春開飯,加二、加三是在所難免的,而最難得是茶市並無加價,茶位五元照舊是平絕屯門。二人豪氣吃下八款點心,新春價人均才不過百
元,嶺南樓實在是我「食福」的泉源。經理見我留意到初二加二的告示, 努力地辯解着已無其他附加收費,語氣中的委屈帶出飲食業的辛酸。

這年網絡上有不少「加二加三」的討論,更有餐廳被網民惡言公審。猶記得曾有全市休息過年的日子,也曾有市道暢旺而新年無休的日子,但無論如何,過年無休就代表有人堅守崗位而作出了犧牲。如今網路有太多自我中心的負面言論,若然社會能少一點戾氣,多一點同理心,那戊戌狗年就會是更好的一年,這就是作為港人對新年的祝願吧!
