新派潮州菜,不論裝修定菜式都精緻有格調,走輕奢華路線。今晚試試二人套餐。先來前菜,有串茄核桃沙律/茅台醉鮑魚/普寧布包豆腐。最鐘意鮑魚,酒味夠洪,同夠爽彈。湯品有胡椒豬肚湯。一路熱住非常好,胡椒味都幾香,豬肚好腍,比平日飲到嘅胡椒豬肚湯為清甜。主菜有日本椒仔炒嫩牛/碧綠川椒雞。一牛一雞作主菜菜式。牛肉炒得好香好嫩滑,日本椒仔清新,可以減低整體油膩感;雞件好入味,帶有椒麻香,微辣,配上口感脆身吧珍珠葉。蜆肉鵝肝炒飯。蜆肉配上鵝肝粒粆飯,實在少見。咸咸香香,飯粒炒得夠乾身。最後甜品係燕麥一口薯。蕃薯外蘸上砂糖同燕麥,甜甜地又有口感。
