To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日收工去長沙灣食飯，呢間茶餐廳夠光猛，又闊落我地叫左小鍋的招牌酸菜魚，奇味雞煲，紅燒豆腐班腩煲，一份白飯加例湯，仲有炸小饅頭紅燒豆腐班腩煲最先上，it's hot，入面班腩好嫩，豆腐都好滑，Yummy!例湯都好有料！奇味雞煲smells so good，入面洋蔥超好食，食多幾碗飯都得啊，雞肉既味道都好好然後就係令我大開眼界既川菜-招牌酸菜魚！ 小鍋都幾大份，2-3人食完全no problem。魚滑，湯料都好足，我最中意佢酸菜夠多。炸饅頭係My Favorite，外脆內軟，配上煉奶簡直無敵。我會推薦比喜歡食川菜，又中意港式茶餐廳既朋友試哦~
