一行6人,櫃檯俾咗間房仔我地。唔知係咪星期日晚市好忙,落單同上菜侍應都嬲爆爆咁唔係好應人。最先上菜係片皮鴨擺盤好豪華,侍應上完菜就走咗,當我地望住分開咗3碟嘅鴨肉同多種醬料,唔知從何入手之際,同行一人發現轉轉盤攝住咗一張“說明書”。原來3碟分別係鴨皮、鴨胸肉同鴨腿肉。鴨皮可以點爆炸糖食,好有趣。鴨胸胸肉就咁點自家秘製黃芥末。鴨腿肉除咗傳統包青瓜絲、京蔥絲、甜麵醬。仲可以用新式食法包山楂條、紫洋蔥同藍莓醬。顏色好靚。桂花蜜山藥相比平時食開清爽的山藥,呢個比較粉,好似食緊好粉的蘋果咁。配埋清甜桂花蜜。 大家一致覺得應該歸類到甜品類,最尾先食。蝦乾冰草表面一粒粒冰粒咁小透明,食落都好似咬緊薄冰咁清爽。配醋汁好似食緊沙律咁開胃。啫啫a菜煲辣子雞被辣椒與香蒜覆蓋的雞粒炸得穌脆可口。不得了。十級juicy。酸菜魚魚肉嫩滑,裡面自帶配料萵荀與薯粉。鹹鹹酸酸,無食到好重味精味。NICE!鮑魚雞粒炒飯是晚vip,極有鑊氣,飯粒粒粒分明,得到大家一致好評
