To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2023大年初一食咗個唔錯嘅盤菜。但要早三日前預訂。網購的話,現場最盤菜比較麻煩,又要左走右走。攞盤菜位置又唔清晰。問左幾個職員先問到邊個位置取走,又要走去收銀轉單。不過盤菜一定不是即日做,因為已經雪到有冰。兩包湯汁都係冰來,要返屋企溶冰先可以例落個煲,但個煲真係太細,連打邊爐都覺得佢細。係個煲太細,好多食材都要夾起,等食到咁上下再放反落個煲度。我買係六人煲。足夠之餘,材料質素不過不失啦,花膠、鮑魚等都份量十足。不過啲蝦就有點兒不能接受。
