To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去花墟醒起之前想試呢間，細佬又OK就入咗去，本身諗住清清地食個麵，點知都叫咗咁多小食🤪今日又爆quota😮‍💨講返麵先，我見好多人揀牛隊長同埋好鬼補雞湯麵，當然梗係跟大隊啦，牛隊長個湯底夠晒濃郁，用咗牛肋條同牛骨烹調而成，一啲都唔馬虎。有牛筋、牛肚、牛肋條、澳洲和牛封門柳同蘿蔔，全部都炆得好腍好入味😋好鬼補雞湯麵另外雞湯以大量雞殼同藥材熬製，鮮味得黎好滋補，有花膠、魚肚、雞、冬菇。麵底仲可以自己揀鍾意嘅軟硬度👍🏻-牛油果蝦多士-話梅浸單骨雞翼-黃金炸生蠔-黃金單骨雞翼-咸檸可樂-烘焙鐵觀音本身仲想試埋素蘇格蘭炸蛋，點知售罄🥲唯有留返個機會俾我下次再食🙊😆

講返麵先，我見好多人揀牛隊長同埋好鬼補雞湯麵，當然梗係跟大隊啦，牛隊長個湯底夠晒濃郁，用咗牛肋條同牛骨烹調而成，一啲都唔馬虎。有牛筋、牛肚、牛肋條、澳洲和牛封門柳同蘿蔔，全部都炆得好腍好入味😋
