阿女今日同我去尖沙咀食飯,佢知道iSQUARE國際廣場有間新開潮藝館,主打新派潮州菜,餐廳裝修時尚,座位寬敞舒適。晚市二人套餐,包括:前菜、湯、主菜、主食、甜品。前菜串茄核桃沙律,蕃茄內裡藏有核桃粒,既鮮甜又有口感。茅台醉鮑魚,鮑魚切一半浸在茅台酒內,鮑魚食落除咗彈牙,還有淡淡的酒香。普寧布包豆腐,口感滑溜,點些白醋令味道提升。湯胡椒豬肚湯,用明火熱住食,湯內有鹹菜同豬肚,食落好爽口,湯有點辣,啖啖都充滿濃郁嘅胡椒香味。主菜日本椒仔炒豬肉,因為一些原因,今晚唔食牛肉,廚師為我哋改炒豬肉,炒得好有鑊氣,豬肉鮮嫩,每片都沾上濃濃的醬汁,十分惹味,日本椒仔亦好爽甜。碧綠川椒雞,嫩滑的雞肉帶有香、濃、麻的川椒味道,伴著還有炸得輕盈薄脆的珍珠葉,非常惹味兼有口感。主食蜆肉鵝肝炒飯,呢個飯都炒得好香口,飯粒粒分明,加上蜆肉和鵝肝,令整個飯都充滿油香味。甜品燕麥一口薯,紫薯上鋪滿燕麥和砂糖,軟滑香甜有口感。
