朋友住喺黃埔,今日就去咗黃埔船二樓食潮州菜。餐廳屬於新派嘅潮州菜,仲有海鮮蒸魚,指定日子半價菜式及特價套餐。每一台都必叫滷水五彩拼盤,有腩肉,大腸,墨魚,海蜇及鵝片。鵝片及腩肉滷水都好入味,好香濃有肉香,唔會死鹹。大腸處理特別乾淨,而且夠入味。墨魚最緊要夠彈牙。另外加多一份鵝肝,入口綿滑,味道鮮明,脂肪感十足。豉汁梅子蒸蟠龍鱔,原條上枱,豉汁加上梅子好開胃,非常之解膩,鱔肉沒有泥味,又夠肥美。砂鍋普寧豆醬雞,味道勁香濃,仲有啲馬蹄及肥肉一齊炆,雞肉入晒味,非常好送飯。沙茶牛肉芥蘭,芥蘭清甜冇渣,加上沙茶牛肉特別惹味。魚蛋魚鰾熬紹菜,魚蛋香濃魚味,魚鰾少少爽身,加上紹菜,個上湯非常清甜好味。
