To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 仲讀緊大學嘅時候已開始幫襯悠蔬食,當年新派素食餐廳唔多,悠蔬食水準出色,咁多年都仲keep到👍🏻今晚揀咗一個set dinner同埋散叫兩個小食,set dinner $200幾蚊包咗兩個前菜、手卷、餐湯同主菜,加$5仲有埋甜品,超抵食,如果第一次嚟好推薦嗌呢個set。前菜開胃,手卷用苜蓿芽代替飯,以為會好乾但入面加咗醬汁,苜蓿芽本身都有水分所以食落其實幾refreshing。餐湯有中西湯選擇,西湯非常creamy。主菜揀咗個南瓜芋頭啫啫煲配羽衣甘藍飯,啫啫煲醬汁惹味,全部配料我都好鍾意,羽衣甘藍用嚟做菜飯幾有新意,而且煮淋咗嘅甘藍其實比沙律更好食。泰奶茶cheesecake茶味出色,值得加$5一試嘅👍🏻另外孜然腐皮卷同沙爹都唔錯,沙爹有個醬汁相對濃味啲。
