今次食嘅餐廳係位於荃灣嘅阿荔車仔麵,主要原因係見門口寫住新派港式車仔麵,門面裝修又企理乾淨。估唔到入到去姐姐話佢哋嘅豬手、牛腩等係有40年傳統味道喎。🥢🍜餐牌上面麵類有特濃沙爹牛沾麵同黑蒜油撈麵,餸又有頭抽蠔皇花膠扒、黑松露醬炸雞翼,果然真係好新派。身為沙爹牛愛好者當然唔好放夠特濃沙爹牛沾麵啦,用出前一丁麵沾上超濃沙爹沾醬,沙爹醬非常濃郁。用出前一丁輕輕沾一沾沙爹沾醬就已經充滿香濃嘅沙嗲味道。麵上面除咗肥牛之外仲有豆卜、魚片頭同埋溏心蛋。豆卜同魚片頭本身經濃湯煮過,再吸沙爹醬沾醬就非常入味。非常鮮甜,配上沙爹沾醬食一流。想食牛食到底所以再加咗個秘製牛筋牛腩,牛筋煮得非常軟糯,入口即溶;牛腩非常入味,每一口都係濃郁嘅肉香。😋另一個我哋食咗黑糖豬手黑蒜油撈麵。豬手,入口即化,黑糖嘅甜味加上豬手嘅膠質。黑蒜油撈麵嘅香味非常特別,蒜香味十足,食完齒頰留香會想再食。仲加咗滷豬腸同蠔皇冬菇,豬腸滷得軟腍,柔軟入味。而冬菇吸收咗蠔皇汁,口感非常飽滿。🥢🍖🍄正值小暑三十幾度點可以無野飲呢?飲品叫咗一支車仔麵少有嘅白桃烏龍茶同一支樽裝可樂,加個冰底消暑一絕!
