To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來了這間搬舖後的新添記已幾次了,那可以食多幾款,試真味道。。。這裡出名的是豬扒及桂魚片,另外亦試了豬手,雞扒和墨魚片,小食炸鯪魚球。先論湯底,那白白的湯底是豬骨湯,伴了頗濃的胡椒味,不辣,不算濃湯也易入口。除了配桂魚片,才用上魚湯。魚湯也有胡椒味,淡淡的魚鮮,沒有打正旗號食用魚湯那幾間那麼濃香魚味,不過倘算不錯。豬扒夠入味,雖然是生炸,但不太肥膩,算香口。豬手應該炆在南乳當中,夠稔又夠膠口,食著筋腱位黏黏的,好有骨膠原。墨魚片很爽脆,鮮味,亦算係少見的配料。桂魚片,鮮,滑,無骨(比鯇魚片算冇骨喇),價錢比其他配料貴些,份量不多,但值得一試。雞扒,很香口,雞皮位香脆,都算入味,但只限在晚市出售。炸鯪魚球很一般,沒有特別。記得除了桂魚片是配魚湯外,其他都是配豬骨湯的,不要吃著豬扒米線時郤大叫“個魚湯好味呀“,人家店外是寫著豬骨湯的
