煎餅,絕對是中國各省各地的街頭小吃,通常都是即叫即煎,會用來做早餐啦,或下午茶小吃,三幾蚊便有一塊。魚唔過塘唔會肥,引入這間煎餅店來香港,老闆是一位老外朋友叫 Brian Goldberg,所以店名就順理成章叫做「老金煎餅」喇。煎餅的選擇約有十款,賣約三十多元一份,比起內地的價錢一定不能相比,味道又如何呢?我先挑了一份「北京烤鴨煎餅」$35,即叫既做,店員手勢熟練:餡料有北京片皮鴨、青瓜、京蔥、薄脆、甜醬等,煎出來非常大份,比一隻成人手掌還要大及厚!它的味道就等如北京填鴨卷一樣,多了一份香口感,帶少許辣味,好吃!而且重點是不會太肥膩,一個人吃的話,當作午餐也絕對夠飽。另外點了一份「棒棒雞煎餅」$32,饀料有雞絲、雞蛋、青瓜、芝麻醬、黑芝麻、薄脆等等:我覺得它芝麻醬的味道不算太突出,味道較清淡,沒有北京烤鴨般惹味,調味可再突出一點。整體味道仍算不錯,而且份量也是大得驚人,食完飽飽!賣三十多元有如此水準及份量,我倒是覺得蠻合理啊。這個類似法國 crêpe 的煎餅,不知在港會否掀起一股潮流呢?

我覺得它芝麻醬的味道不算太突出,味道較清淡,沒有北京烤鴨般惹味,調味可再突出一點。整體味道仍算不錯,而且份量也是大得驚人,食完飽飽!賣三十多元有如此水準及份量,我倒是覺得蠻合理啊。
