愛熊貓的小妹當然也為之心動!

熱呼呼的煎餅內有雞蛋、蔥、芝麻、秘制醬、辣醬、香菜及薄脆,主要是食醬汁的配搭~ 食起來脆脆的,甜中又帶有點點香辣,頭幾口會覺得OK,但再食下去會覺得有點兒單調~ 還好是跟大胃王Share~

份量冇想像中咁大,睇住一路整就以為唔夠料,點知食落又剛剛好喎!

餅皮濕潤,雖然唔係水爛,但我都係中意乾爽少許既

有韌度,仲幾有彈性有嚼勁,並帶點蛋香

中間既脆餅已經受水分影響,唔多脆口了:^(

底醬偏鹹,講真我覺得平時食填鴨甜d濃味d會更佳!!!!!

鴨肉稔身香口,有d脂肪帶但唔會過分油膩,仲有少少肉香

今次買了團購有$50可以用,所以一定要叫一個大的來吃,看見有新口味棒棒雞,便叫了來試,加上一杯凍豆漿。棒棒雞內有脆片,增加了口感,味道不錯,是炸過的雞,沒有辣味,也沒有醬汁,不過包皮就油了一點,而且有點淋,包皮是綠豆加點芝麻。冰凍豆漿很棒,甜度適中,吃完整個真的會很飽。

今次買了團購有$50可以用,所以一定要叫一個大的來吃,看見有新口味棒棒雞,便叫了來試,加上一杯凍豆漿。
棒棒雞內有脆片,增加了口感,味道不錯,是炸過的雞,沒有辣味,也沒有醬汁,不過包皮就油了一點,而且有點淋,包皮是綠豆加點芝麻。
冰凍豆漿很棒,甜度適中,吃完整個真的會很飽。

Two sizes to choose from, I went for the smaller one, and it was the Original Bing made with green bean batter. The bing was thicker than expected. Too salty. To be fair, maybe this was authentic Beijing taste, but I could not put up with the saltiness personally. However, this is a valued lunch you could get around Central. So...I guess you get what you pay for.

The Mandarin speaking lady who was cooking our bing asked wo-men-yao-bu-yao-la but we said bu-yao since my friend was not a big fan of spicy food.  Both the peking duck bing and the sesame chicken bing were served fresh and moist and piping hot.  Both were good but I prefer the peking duck bing more because the sweetness in the hoi sin sauce really brought out the flavor of the meat.  I'm not a big fan of carbs, and I like how the bing wasn't made too thick to overstuff my little tummy.

下麵漿蛋甜醬蔥芝麻青瓜鴨肉薄脆
不少一會兒就弄好了

熱呼呼香噴噴好好味
忍不住立即吃一口
不過它實在太熱了
就不慎辣到嘴巴了
吃到少許辣醬甜醫和烤鴨的味道
配搭得不錯很新鮮( ´▽` )ノ

不過
食到中途我咬到三塊鴨碎骨呀
上openrice發現原來有不少同路人

早已聽過老金的大名,今次因為要去PMQ夜市終於有機會親身一試煎餅的風采。去到門口已八時多,幸好沒有很多顧客,因為它所提供以座位太少了,難道它主要是提供外賣服務的?試了大份size的原味及北京填鴨味的老金煎餅,份量可比想像中來得要大:原味基本上是素食,因為加了很多不同味的醬汁,所以吃起來味道很豐富,由於是即叫即現製,熱辣辣的一口吃下去很滿足。北京填鴨煎餅就更大份,價錢亦貴了十多元。加入鴨肉青瓜之後,包起來真的很有吃著北京片皮鴨的感覺。老金的煎餅因為包着薄脆,吃起來口感便更複雜.如果你吃厭了漢堡包,老金煎餅會是一個不錯的選舉。

用開飯好多年,今次特地登記account來寫,不吐不快。聖誕內地某大學港漂校友們在蘭桂坊搞party,剛好去早未吃晚飯,就慕名飛跑去買煎餅。心情非常激動,吃着煎餅菓子長大的北京孩紙傷不起啊。一個人外賣了三個煎餅,一個原味、一個烤鴨(這也行。。。贊創新)、還有一個十蚊加的不知道什麼來的,全部細size(還分size,暈)。煎的過程很地道,我也是被網站上那段video感動了。但是,味道比較失望(幸好買的細的),樣子倒是和北京的一樣(贊)。給了校友mm一個,可能是原味的(酒吧裏黑分不出),話味道還ok,口味淡了點。自己吃的可能是烤鴨的,味道就。。。竟然放這麼多甜麪醬,有點接受不了啊,不過肚子餓,喝酒前墊下底,半分鐘吞落去。最後一個不知道什麼口味的,想起可能是煎時看到有個塗了好多 煉~乳~ 的,味道實在是。。。,我和小夥伴們都驚呆了。衆內地校友撕來試過一口後沒人願再吃,只有整個丟掉。。。對不起大家,來做小白鼠。總體來講,賣相超贊,贊創意,適合來裝筆,味道就同北京的好不同。去過北京的就不推薦吃了,沒去過的可以試下,不過請忘記這個味道,還是要去天津北京吃正宗的啦。衆港漂們犯了嘴癮在撓牆的(比如我)

總體來講,賣相超贊,贊創意,適合來裝筆,味道就同北京的好不同。去過北京的就不推薦吃了,沒去過的可以試下,不過請忘記這個味道,還是要去天津北京吃正宗的啦。衆港漂們犯了嘴癮在撓牆的(比如我)可以去適當解下饞,想根治還是等着回去吧。

下次會再去把其他口味都試了,希望能找到比較滿意的。也希望有更多的內地美食進駐香港,省去跑深圳的煩惱

我的下午茶首選煎餅是吞拿魚粟米煎餅,可是外籍男店員告訴我,吞拿魚沒有貨!
 真令我有點失望!
恰巧!我在店內進食期間,聽到店員們的對話,聽到店員阿姐問外籍男店員為何不出吞拿魚煎餅?他回答不懂得做!所以,索性告訴食客吞拿魚沒有貨!他們完全忘記了我的存在!
 讓我無奈地接受這個令我不愉快的事實!

既然,沒有供應吞拿魚粟米煎餅,唯有選擇另一款新口味棒棒雞煎餅!

港式甜煎餅 +$10
配料包括:花生醬、煉奶、雞蛋、薄脆。
甜煎餅用上紫米粉漿,相對鹹煎餅的綠豆粉漿,纖維較豐富!
口感卻不及綠豆粉漿帶來軟熟煙韌的感覺!紫米粉漿做出來的甜煎餅只是鬆軟!煎起的成品紫紫黑黑的! 甜度剛好!
