又到星期五跳繩日後同謙謙係荃灣搵食系列,今次來到阿荔車仔麵食佢出名的豬手和牛腩,果然係40年傳統的味道。我叫左一碗原骨湯底車仔麵,點選粗麵牛腩汁, 秘製牛筋牛肋腩果然特別滋味入口軟腍鬆化唔痴牙, 招牌南乳豬手炆得入味滿口骨膠原咁漿住咀, 羅白夠清甜,大腸滷得好入味。謙謙點了馬來叻沙湯底加鮮製油麵, 辣沙嗲魚蛋一入口已經幾辣,但又會令你想追住食, 墨魚丸幾彈牙, 豬紅夠入味,個炸腐皮豬肉卷炸得好酥脆入口夠鬆化。小食椒鹽炸燒賣估唔到幾有驚喜,一咬外層夠脆口面層的椒鹽味夠香。惹味沙嗲三寶, 分別有豬皮牛柏葉和魷魚,一碗食哂三款夠哂滋味。唔想飲咁多甜野,所以點了人參烏龍茶和四季春冷泡菜, 入口淡淡茶香又解渴絕對係夏天之選。
