Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友係大安茶餐廳對面住過幾年，今日特登同佢翻來油尖旺閒逛下，甘啱見到大安轉左手，轉變成一間fusion茶餐廳，就過來試下。餐廳保留冰室既設計，一磚一瓦都無動搖過。拎左一個檸茶曲奇兩份share,幾有趣既味道。其實佢餐牌上面既食物都好唔傳統，應該餐廳係想行新舊路線，新型既食物，舊式既裝橫。個曲奇係有檸檬粒，再加左啲chia seed? 每一啖都好有咬感，而且大大個，食完都幾飽肚。另外嗌左個主菜bagel,呢個就相對一般般，本身想嗌toast,不過賣哂。最後嗌左杯啡立刻，上面有拉花，咖啡味濃，無俾奶味蓋過，推介。建議大家早少少來，我地12點到都要等陣位先可以就座。
