To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

初代的冰廳/冰室據說都是起源於售賣凍飲、雪糕、冰品的店,因為是小食牌照,會兼售廉價西式簡餐,都是以小食為主,後來有點領到食肆牌照的,就演變成茶餐廳,食物更多元化。位於油麻地的”大安茶冰廳”原來已經開業50多年,驟眼看來門前和其他舊式茶餐廳差不多,但是經過翻新之後,其實改成了Cafe,店𥚃特別保留了懷舊特色,不論是卡座、水吧、牆上的menu、桌上的玻璃,全都是回憶中茶餐廳的裝潢,售賣的竟然也是cafe的Latte、Americano,還有精緻的英式司康、蛋糕卷、蛋撻,主食的menu看來有點fusion感,把腐乳、五香肉丁、臘腸、沙嗲牛、菠蘿包等茶餐廳該有的食品中西合壁做成吸引的款式,新鮮感倍增。今次餐廳和香港的抹茶專門店”Matchali”合作,用上優質抹茶粉製成甜點,我們點了”抹茶生朱古力紅豆菠蘿包”,抹茶mix了法國朱古力造成生朱古力,大大片夾在菠蘿包中間,加上自家的紅豆蓉,和經典菠蘿油有異曲同功之秒~整體甜度也是恰到好處。“抹茶紅豆麻糬蛋撻”(單點$28)抹茶蛋漿夠滑溜,切開還有點流心效果,麻糬屬軟身,好吃👍🏻“抹茶鮮奶” ($42+$5轉燕麥奶)點了沒加糖的也很好喝,抹茶味濃而不

抹茶mix了法國朱古力造成生朱古力,
大大片夾在菠蘿包中間,

抹茶蛋漿夠滑溜,
切開還有點流心效果,
麻糬屬軟身,好吃👍🏻
“抹茶鮮奶” ($42+$5轉燕麥奶)
點了沒加糖的也很好喝,
抹茶味濃而不澀,
喝到底也沒有殘餘的粉粒。

“ 紫菜肉鬆沙嗲牛肉滑蛋多士”($68),好有驚喜,
第一口我的反應是:係茶餐廳的沙嗲牛啊~~~
滑蛋炒得非常出色澤,生熟大概有七成左右,
加上肉鬆柴菜,配上多士真的很加分。

“臘腸冬菇奶油意大利飯” ($90)反而被比下去了,
奶油的味道加上臘腸其實不錯,
不過個人覺得可以再濃味一點,
例如加多點芝士,或者加上香港的XO醬之類,
更能添加特色和味道。

咖啡室保留了舊有的,
也接受/加入了新穎的,
新舊的融合有了化學作用,
欣賞店家的用心,舊有的不代表會過時,
也不代表要丟棄被取替,
當然,
我是典型香港人所以好愛茶餐廳。
